Ian is an internationally trained chef hailing from Lossiemouth, Scotland. With over 20 years of experience as a chef, Ian brings his passion for excellent, honest cuisine with a Scottish twist.
Chef Ian draws upon his experience cooking on three continents to create a truly unique culinary experience.
Our philosphy on food is simple- create from scratch, with local ingredients. Simple food, prepared with passion. From gravy to simple syrup, everything is made with care in-house.
